The Solara dashboard organizes every configurable option into clearly labelled panels. You can update moderation rules, assign log channels, define staff roles, adjust automation behaviour, and change language or prefix settings — all from the same interface, without running a single command.

Settings panels

Moderation settings

Control how Solara’s auto-moderation behaves in your server:
  • Auto-mod sensitivity — set how aggressively Solara filters spam, slurs, and toxic content
  • Banned words list — add or remove words and phrases that trigger an automatic action
  • Punishment escalation rules — define the sequence of warnings, mutes, kicks, and bans that applies as infractions accumulate
  • Anti-raid thresholds — configure the join rate that triggers raid protection and the action taken when it activates

Log channels

Assign a dedicated Discord channel for each event type Solara can log:
  • Message edits and deletions (with original content)
  • Member joins, leaves, and bans
  • Role changes and nickname updates
  • Voice channel join, leave, and move events
  • Channel and server settings changes
Each event type can be routed to a different channel, or you can point several types at a single channel.

Automation

Configure the behaviour of Solara’s automated actions:
  • Welcome and farewell messages — write the message text and optionally design a rich embed for members joining or leaving
  • Auto-role assignments — select which roles are automatically assigned to new members and which are assigned to new bots separately

Staff settings

Define how Solara identifies and monitors your staff team:
  • Staff roles — specify which Discord roles are treated as staff for activity tracking and command access
  • Inactivity thresholds — set how many days of inactivity trigger an alert for a staff member
  • LOA channel — choose the channel where Leave of Absence requests and approvals are posted

Prefix and language

  • Bot prefix — change the text prefix used for non-slash commands (slash commands always remain available regardless of prefix)
  • Response language — select from 15+ supported languages for all bot responses in your server

Reset

Every module has a Reset to defaults option. Use it to restore a module’s configuration to its out-of-the-box state without affecting other modules.
Use the Import/Export feature to back up your full server configuration before making major changes. Export creates a single file you can re-import at any time to restore the previous state.
Changes you save in the dashboard take effect immediately — there is no need to restart Solara or re-run /setup.
