Solara’s staff commands help leadership teams track performance, manage leave requests, and maintain an up-to-date roster.

/staff list

View the full staff roster, including each member’s role, when they joined the staff team, and their current status. Useful for quick headcount checks and onboarding audits.

/promote

Promote a staff member to a higher role. Provide the member, their new role, and a reason. Solara logs the promotion with a timestamp and the acting moderator.
Example:

/demote

Demote a staff member to a lower role. Like /promote, requires the member, their new role, and a reason. The action is logged in Solara’s case system.

/loa

Submit a Leave of Absence request for yourself. Provide the length of time and a brief reason. The request goes to your server’s designated approvers for review.
LOA duration uses the same shorthand as other commands: 1d, 7d, 14d, and so on. After submitting, your request appears in the approver queue.

/loa approve

Approve a pending LOA request from a staff member. Once approved, Solara records the leave period and can optionally assign an “on leave” role if one is configured.
Configure an “on leave” role in the dashboard so approved staff are visually marked and skipped in activity checks during their leave period.

/activity

Check a staff member’s activity over a given time period, including message count, voice time, and commands used. Omit the user argument to view a server-wide activity heatmap instead.
The server-wide heatmap shows activity broken down by day and hour, helping you identify when your team is most and least active.
